HOP helps Aspen Dental Hygienists thrive!

With a comprehensive 2-week onboarding program (HOP - Hygiene Onboarding Program), interactive training with hygienists nationwide, and exclusive regional learning events, you'll gain the confidence and skills to provide top-notch patient care. Support when you join

Full-time Hygienists
You’ll take part in a structured two-week onboarding program, blending hands-on learning with live classes and guided technology training. Every step, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with your Hygienist Trainer.

Part-time Hygienists
Your onboarding is flexible, spreading over 60 days to fit your schedule. You’ll receive the same resources, mentorship, and e-learning support — just at a pace that works for you.

In the first 90 days, gain confidence in:

Integrating innovative technology into patient workflows and schedule management
