Dr. Ataii has served the dental community as an educator, expert witness, patent-holding inventor and practicing dentist. He is nationally recognized as a Key Opinion Leader, with multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Brown is the Vice President of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Support Services for The Aspen Group. He leads the creation of world-class development programs for oral surgeons to continually enhance their expertise. He also provides guidance and mentorship to surgeons.

Dr. Chellamuthu shares expertise that extends to complete denture learning, introduction to office metrics, scheduling best practices, and more. As doctors progress, he guides them through scanning technology, crown and bridge procedures, and advanced metrics.

Leveraging 11 years of experience in the field of dentistry, Dr. De La Rosa brings valuable subject matter expertise to the Clinical and Operational Schools of Excellence. His passion for cultivating thriving practices is evident in his dedication to creating processes that yield outstanding clinical, business, and cultural outcomes.

With 25 years of dentistry experience, Dr. Dietrich contributes subject matter expertise to the Clinical and Operational Schools of Excellence. Passionate about fostering team success, she thrives on providing an enthusiastic and inviting environment.

Bringing energy and enthusiasm, Austin leads learners through engaging and collaborative experiences at TAG U. His learner-centric approach cultivates an inclusive environment, leaving learners with smiles and wanting more.

Dr. McDonough helps dentists achieve practice ownership. She guides them through learning at TAG University and provides coaching. She also supports our New Doctor Program as a clinical coach and practice management instructor.

Internationally recognized as a leading educator in implantology and digital dentistry, Dr. Rawal contributes expertise to the School of Clinical Excellence. He takes great pride in seeing doctors and teams excel and innovate in the care they deliver.

Specializing in professional and business management development, Marisela drives learners to translate theory into actionable insights. She brings adaptability, creativity, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles to her facilitation.

With an understanding of adult learning rooted in neuroscience, Alexis specializes in creating leadership development content. Grounding her design and facilitation style in the practical application of information, she helps develop the whole learner.

Specializing in leadership development, Stephanie uses practical experience and industry best practices to provide valuable insights to her learners. She empowers individuals to develop their leadership abilities with confidence.

With a background in leadership development, Cassie provides expertise and guides learners to connect with their own leadership. Through passion and humor, she facilitates impactful learning experiences extending beyond the classroom.

With a robust educational background, Matt teaches topics spanning from communication to leadership. Infusing humor, and a dedication to critical thinking, he cultivates an active and engaging learning environment in the classroom.

Specializing in orientation and onboarding curriculum, Ryan brings new learners into the organization. He brings a wealth of knowledge across all brands and presents a welcoming environment for learners to ask questions during facilitation.

With her enthusiastic and supportive approach to facilitation, Brittany strives to create an interactive and enjoyable environment for learners. She covers an array of topics, including leadership, communication and effective conversation models.

With a background in organizational psychology, Katherine is focused on the development of people. She brings humor and critical thinking to the table and is passionate about creating the best learner experience for every audience she supports.

Melissa has over a decade of operational experience with Aspen Dental. Her contributions to the Operational and Service Schools of Excellence have a hands-on approach, providing learners with tools that can be applied in their daily lives.

Ashton focuses on connecting to learners through on-the-job experiences. Engagement is her top priority, creating a safe environment where every learner has a voice - sharing their questions, ideas, and insights.

Traci’s background in operations and education, coupled with her positivity, fosters an energized learning environment. She guides an array of developmental topics and prioritizes audience connection through empathy and support.

With over 20 years of Learning & Development experience, Amy merges of art and science of adult education in both content development and facilitation, employing cognitive strategies to increase engagement and retention.

Ashleigh has decades of experience distilling curriculum down to core principles. Her courses promise actionable take-aways and a bit of humor.

With 20 years of facilitation experience, James ensures all learners maximize their understanding and use of every piece of content. He creates an entertaining, welcoming environment that breeds participation through communication.

Throughout her journey at Aspen Dental, Laura has provided customer service expertise beginning as a field team member. She supports the team member and patient experience by weaving enthusiasm and humor into everything she supports.

Drawing on her experience working at leading business schools, Bianca presents on diverse topics while always keeping the unique needs of the learner in mind. She helps doctors integrate business and leadership principles in their practices to achieve success.
