Robert Fontana has served as TAG’s Chief Executive Officer since he founded the company in 1998.
Under his leadership, TAG has become one of the largest and fastest-growing healthcare support organizations in the U.S. TAG now supports more than 1,000 health and wellness offices across 45 states. The company operates today in three distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, and medical aesthetics represented by the Aspen Dental, ClearChoice, WellNow and Chapter brands.

He is a founding member of the Association of Dental Support Organizations, an international consortium comprised of dental service organizations throughout the U.S., Australia and Canada, and continues to serve on its board. Since 2010, he has served on the board of the National Veterinary Association, and previously served on the board of MedExpress Urgent Care, a national leader in delivering fast, affordable, high-quality care for those seeking medical treatment for illness and injury.
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Management from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Ash ElDifrawi joined TAG in 2020 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and customer experience for Aspen Dental and its associated team of brands.
Prior to joining TAG, Ash held the same title at Redbox, the $1B+ US leader in Movie and Game rentals and streaming. Under his leadership, Redbox launched a new streaming service, developed a new loyalty program with 35 million members and built a new digital platform to support 42,000 locations.
Ash also served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Gogo, the world’s leading provider of in-flight connectivity and wireless entertainment; and CMO of Hayneedle, an online mass retailer of home & living products that was recently sold to Walmart. Ash received his bachelor’s degree in Biology and master’s degree in Social Science from the University of Chicago and holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Psychology.

Robert Boxall joined TAG, The Aspen Group, in 2021 and is responsible for all aspects of information technology for the TAG team of brands. Prior to joining TAG, Robert led technology at Redbox, a more than $1 billion US leader in Movie and Game rentals and streaming. Under his leadership, Robert performed a successful digital transformation rebuilding the legacy platform and building a cloud-native streaming service from the ground up, supporting pay-per-view and ad-based solutions for Redbox’s 30 million customers.
Robert also served as the SVP of IT at Gogo, the world’s leading in-flight connectivity and wireless entertainment provider, where he successfully led another digital transformation to the cloud and an IT modernization, and Director of Cloud Services at Netflix.
Robert received his bachelor’s degree in communication engineering from the University of Plymouth, England, and a master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Richard Parr joined TAG in 2018 and is responsible for leading the company’s legal, compliance, and risk management programs. He also serves as corporate secretary.

Richard is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and has served as a member of its Board of Directors and of its Executive Steering Committee. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
Richard began his legal career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable William J. Holloway, Jr., Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. He was an Associate with the law firms of Gardner, Carton & Douglas and Johnson & Swanson. He received his Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University where he graduated cum laude. He received his J.D. degree from the Cornell Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Cornell Law Review.

Prior to joining TAG, Jeri served as Chief People Officer for Delivery Hero, where she helped multiply their workforce sixfold while leading global corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, and people strategies, and playing a critical role in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Early in her career, Jeri served in HR leadership roles at other national and global brands, including Groupon, Rakuten USA and MuleSoft. Jeri received an MBA from Purdue University and a B.A. in International Relations from Texas Christian University

JACQUELINE MORRIS
Prior to joining TAG, Jackie was VP, Strategy & Business Development for Cardinal Health where she led strategy development and inorganic growth efforts within the home medical supply and post-acute care management businesses. Before Cardinal, Jackie was a VP with BNP Paribas’ Merchant Bank, providing debt and equity financing for healthcare leveraged buyouts and a Director of Business Development focused on M&A within the PBM, specialty pharmacy and DME divisions of Medco Health Solutions.
Early in her career, Jackie was a private equity associate for The Carlyle Group and an investment banking analyst with JPMorgan Chase. Jackie received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

ALEXANDER WEISS
During his time at TAG, Alex has enhanced financial reporting to doctors as well as throughout the organization; built out and strengthened the Financial Planning and Analysis and Procurement teams; drove significant expense savings over time.
Prior to joining TAG, Alex was CFO at Mattress Firm and spent close to a decade in investment banking. Alex holds a B.S. in business administration and economics with a concentration in finance from Carnegie Melon University.

DR. ARWINDER JUDGE
He serves as a clinical liaison to nearly 1,200 dentists across the country, providing professional development, support and mentorship to dentists at various stages of their careers - from recruiting and onboarding new dentists to experienced professionals looking to grow their practices.
Dr. Judge is active as a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Fifth District Dental Society, and Onondaga Dental Association. He was previously a member of Empire Dental Political Action Committee, Indian Dental Association, and Oswego Dental Association. He has also been recognized twice by the New York State Dental Association for his dedication to the profession and patient care.
Before joining Aspen Dental in 2008, Dr. Judge owned and operated several dental practices as president at East West Management Services.
He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta. He also holds a certificate from the Executive Management Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
