“Relocation was not something I had considered prior to being presented with the opportunity. After graduating from dental school, I was very content with where I was living (Louisville, KY) and with my associate role at Aspen Dental, but my student loans were a huge financial burden.

I decided to relocate (to Pikeville) because it was the best financial decision for me. I was offered an incentive to make the move and the opportunity to move closer to my family after a couple of years. This move also involved an opportunity to step into a role as an MCD (managing clinical director) which allowed me to further my clinical role.”
