Cameron Jones
Cameron began her hygiene career in private practice before joining Aspen Dental in 2010 as a clinical hygienist. Over the years, she has grown into multiple leadership roles — from Territory Manager to Division Director, and now VP of Hygiene Support. She finds it most rewarding to build relationships and support teams across the country, and she credits Aspen’s mentorship and development opportunities for helping her achieve her career goals

Haley Woods
Haley began her career in hygiene with a pediatric practice before joining Aspen Dental to expand her opportunities. She grew from clinical hygienist to Territory Manager and, in 2021, became a Division Director of Hygiene Support. Haley says mentorship has been “everything” in her journey — she has both learned from great leaders and now serves as a DDHS trainer, helping mentor and develop her peers into strong leaders.

Henry Allen
Henry began his career in clinical hygiene but stepped away when he couldn’t find an office that met the standards he was taught in school. After working in dental sales, he joined Aspen Dental and found the support and growth he was searching for. Starting as a clinical hygienist, Henry quickly transitioned into Hygiene Support roles and is now a Division Director. He credits Aspen’s mentors and leadership development with shaping him into both a clinician and a leader, and he now finds it most rewarding to mentor others and help new hygienists grow.

Amber Arsenault
Amber began her career in hygiene after graduating in 2011 and gained diverse experience working internationally, in DSOs, and private practice before joining Aspen Dental in 2019. With mentorship and support, she quickly advanced from Territory Manager of Hygiene Support to Division Director. She describes mentorship as a cornerstone of her career, helping her build confidence as a mentee and grow as a leader and mentor herself.

Aubree Bennett
Aubree began her career as a clinical hygienist in private practice before joining Aspen in 2011. Over the past 12 years, she’s grown through multiple leadership roles — from clinical hygienist to Territory Manager of Hygiene Support, and now Division Director. She finds it most rewarding to know her teams are providing excellent patient care, and credits mentorship and relationships at Aspen for supporting her growth every step of the way.

Holly Hammock
Holly started her career with Aspen Dental in 2019 as a new graduate hygienist. With coaching and mentorship, she advanced into the Territory Manager of Hygiene Support role in 2021 and is now a Division Director of Hygiene Support. She finds it most rewarding to help hygienists solve clinical and non-clinical challenges, and she credits Aspen’s development opportunities and mentorship for supporting her rapid growth.

Megan Paluszek
Megan began her career in dentistry at 16, later becoming a clinical hygienist and adjunct instructor. With a background in education, sales, and business management, she joined Aspen Dental in 2019 as a Territory Manager of Hygiene Support and quickly advanced to Division Director. Megan finds it most rewarding to help her team members grow, and credits Aspen’s leadership and development opportunities for pushing her to achieve career goals she once thought were out of reach.

Deena Rabah-Nasr
Deena began her career in dentistry while still in high school and went on to earn her hygiene degree from the University of Michigan, later adding a Master’s in Management. She joined Aspen as a lead hygienist and quickly advanced into leadership roles, now serving as Division Director of Hygiene Support. Deena finds mentoring and building lifelong relationships the most rewarding part of her role, and credits Aspen with helping her reach her goal of becoming a leader by the age of 30.

Autumn Reid
Autumn began her hygiene career in 2011, first working in a high-volume DSO before joining Aspen Dental. She quickly moved into leadership roles, serving as a lead hygienist, Territory Manager, and now Division Director of Hygiene Support. Autumn finds it most rewarding to mentor hygienists and help them grow in both their patient care and professional development. She credits Aspen’s leadership training and “layers of support” with empowering her to achieve her career goals.

Sami Jo Strickland
Sami Jo began her career as a registered dental hygienist before joining Aspen Dental in 2017 as an Operations Manager. She later served as a Territory Manager of Hygiene Support in Kentucky and is now Division Director supporting the Central East Division. She values the relationships she’s built, the mentorship she’s received, and the opportunity to help others grow — experiences she says will last a lifetime.
