At Aspen Dental, we know your passion fuels patient care—and we believe rest fuels that passion. That's why we offer generous, growning time off benefits to support your well-being from day one.
Vacation that starts when you do
  • Begin earning up to 40 hours of vacation your first year—prorated based on your hire date.
  • Full-time hygienists accrue 1.5 hours of vacation per pay period, totaling up to 40 hours in year one—then quickly increases to 80 hours annually starting in year two.
  • With continued tenure, your vacation time grows to up to 4 full weeks a year!
    The longer you grow with Aspen, the more time you'll have to recharge, travel, and thrive.
Sick time that cares for you
  • Accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked, up to 24 hours per year.
  • Use it for illness, medical appointments, or caring for loved ones.
  • We comply with all applicable state-specific sick time laws
Holidays to celebrate what matters
  • After just 90 days, enjoy 6 paid holidays throughout the year.
  • Take time to celebrate, relax, and spend meaningful moments with the people you love.
Profit sharing

Clinical hygienists are eligible immediately
  • Monthly hygiene net revenue less supply costs, will give you the hygiene gross profit amount
  • Profit sharing percentage, based on the practice’s Patient Satisfaction Score (NPS), is applied to the hygiene gross profit amount
  • Hourly wages for the month are subtracted from the profit share amount to determine the profit share paid out
Referral bonus

Effective immediately:
  • $5,000: Associate and Managing Clinical Directors, Oral Surgeons, and Endodontists
  • $2,500: Hygienists
  • $1,000: Denture Technicians (LT 3 or LT4)
  • $100: Lab Tech Trainees, Dental Assistants, PSC employees, Operations Leads & Managers, Patient Experience Coordinator, Call Center Agents

The Aspen Group (TAG) offers competitive benefits and perks to keep you and your family happy and healthy. From company paid plans to optional plans you can select to customize your benefits package, we provide options designed with your health, wellness, and financial security in mind. This benefits snapshot provides an overview of the benefits available to TAG Team Members working 30 hours or more per week.
Medical
We offer 3 medical plans through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois (BCBSIL):

Dental
Choose one of two dental plans with Metlife for a sparkling, healthy smile. Each plan includes benefits for diagnostic, preventive, basic, and major services. Upgrade to the Enhanced Plan for a slightly higher premium to enjoy Orthodontia coverage for both adults and children.
Vision
TAG offers two vision plans to meet your eye care needs. Each plan includes benefits for an exam, frames, and lenses (or contact lenses). Upgrade to the Enhanced Plan for a slightly higher premium cost to enjoy lower copays and a more frequent frames allowance. With both plans, you can also save 20%-50% off LASIK services.
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
TAG will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 3%, then 50% on the next 2%. The match is funded on a per pay period basis. The TAG match is immediately vested, so you own 100% of the company’s contribution. The match will begin on the first of the month following one year (and 1,000 hours) of working for TAG!
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
FSAs allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and day care expenses. ƒ
  • Health Care FSA (non-HSA participants) 
  • Limited Purpose FSA (complements HSA)
  • Dependent Care FSA (all Team Members)
  • Commuter FSA (all Team Members who commute to/from work)
Voluntary Benefits
TAG medical plans provide comprehensive coverage, but an
unexpected health event can lead to higher out-of-pocket costs
which is why we offer Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital
Indemnity insurance at affordable group rates for you, your
spouse, and your children. These voluntary benefits can reduce
the financial stress of an injury or illness. Any money you
qualify for is paid directly to you, and you can spend or save
the money.
Life & Disability
TAG offers Basic Life and AD&D coverage through Prudential equal to your annual earnings, up to $50,000, at no cost to you.*

 *Coverage offerings may vary depending on your job level.
